History: Here's the link to Kyoko's wiki but dear god, that's almost all 220 chapters of canon that's connected to her. So I'm gonna try to nutshell this as best as possible because even that will be pretty long. That way, if you think there are gaps in the wiki, you can also look here. However, because it is obscenely long (36 volumes,), the full history will be under this so that it could be easily expanded and collapsed without having to scroll through it to reach the rest of the application.

----

So Kyoko grew up in Kyoto, but was mostly raised by the nearby Ryokan (traditional hotel,) because her mother didn't really care much about her and was always away on lawyer-related business. Because of this, she grew up alongside the popular boy, Shotaro Fuwa, and essentially was raised learning everything that a ryokan owner would have to know. Shotaro's parents were hopeful that he'd marry Kyoko and she would end up being the head lady. She didn't have much of a social school life, as the girls were jealous that she lived with Shotaro, and her mother had extremely high standards. So her focus was on getting as many 100's in school as possible and not being a burden to the Fuwa family.

At the age of 6 she ran away into the woods, after she had gotten a low (88) grade that displeased her mother, so that she could cry without anyone (especially Shotaro, who didn't know how to handle it,) seeing. That's where she met Kuon, whom she believed was a fairy because of his foreign features. She also thought his name was 'Corn' because of how it sounded. They took to being friends, however. They spent the days together where they cheered each other up and Kuon gave her a colored stone that she could focus all of her sadness into, saying its magic will make her happy again.

Time passes, and Shotaro turned into the rebellious type of teenager. With musical talent and ambition, and Kyoko completely in love with him, he brought her along to Tokyo. He changed his name, got with an agency and became a huge hit while Kyoko took up 3 jobs to support him and afford the rent of an apartment of 'Sho's' tastes. All while also cooking and cleaning and supporting his work by buying and collecting everything related to him. So she delivers some food to the agency as a surprise and overhears him sweet-talking his manager and saying that he only brought Kyoko along so he'd have a maid and be pampered. And so the demon was unleashed, as was the lunch that she threw past his head.

Also, the demons being unleashed was pretty literal. They're spiritual embodiments of anger, regret and so on. Instead of a heart simply being broken, they took over and became her drive and main motivation for why this story exists.

Kyoko swore revenge against Sho, saying she'd rise in the entertainment industry and surpass him. She moves out of the apartment, quits two of the jobs and moves in at the third one; a restraurant called Darumaya. After getting a makeover, it's her determination that lands Kyoko in an audition at LME; an agency big enough to rival and even surpass Sho's. She makes an impression, making a 'rose' through a careful and advanced cooking technique that involves a daikon radish, but without 'love', the president wasn't ready to sign her on. He was willing to give her a second chance. Gain enough points by completing various tasks in the 'Love Me' section and she would be officially signed on and given a grand debut. It was a bit of a rocky start though, as she focused on getting the points and forgetting consideration of others and the person who made the request. It wasn't until she believed an actress, who requested her assistance, was fragile and needed protection that she focused on the person instead of the points. The actress really just did this to punish Kyoko for getting in LME without earning it and intended to give zero points no matter what, even when Kyoko sprained her ankle to carry her up a hill to the filming location. However it was a good lesson for her and it came with an opportunity to act in the actress' place, revealing a talent for acting and showing her ability to act through a role even when it exasperated her injury. Though part of it really was that she had gotten so fixed into her role as a ryokan hostess, as they cannot leave a tea ceremony before the customer had. Even more, this managed to deal with the actress' attitude problem who also gave Kyoko 100 points. As thanks, the director rewards Kyoko for a photoshoot in the costume again and has realized that she wanted to come into her own power as an actress instead of the ability being in reaction to the actor, Ren Tsuruga.

Soon a second member is signed onto the Love Me section; Kanae Kotonami, who Kyoko calls Moko because she usually ends her sentences with 'mo.' Kyoko gets sent to LME's acting school with the task of helping the president's granddaughter, Maria, who's been sabotaging students that were working on a play. Maria feels guilty that her mother died on a plane back home, because she asked that, which parallels the play, but couldn't believe the father in the play would really forgive the child. Kyoko says 'even a mother could hate her child,' and it lead to the challenge of playing the child's sister with that belief, but still end with the conclusion of the child realizing her father loves her. She does by reversing the lines between the sisters, now displaying some talent in front of Lory and Moko.

More tasks and jobs start to come in. She ends up being a replacement for playing the variety show mascot, a chicken named Bo. With Sho being a guest, it shows her unprofessional weakness of losing all composure when he's the subject of things, and it's even worse in person. She gets in trouble, apologizing later and still continues to play Bo up until the current point in the show. After the incident, she lands a role in a commercial unrelated with LME alongside Moko. When she said that it felt good to at least act as a high school student, she's given the opportunity of taking entrance exams at the same time being dared to act as Ren's manager. There's some trips with that Sho weakness interfering with her work, with it being a point of multiple discussions with Ren that revenge was not a good motivator. Then there's the classic issue of someone, Ren in this case, being too stubborn to even entertain the possibility of getting sick when he was already showing signs of a cold. Which he eventually realizes and admits that Kyoko is right as she does everything to assure a quick recovery; even running around the city to gather things for his cold as it worsened during some rain scenes that were being filmed. The job as manager ended on a positive note, and Kyoko passed her exams to get into a school that was designed to accommodate people in the entertainment industry. Almost right away, she was requested for a new job; a role in Sho's music video. Off set she made sure Sho didn't treat another casted actress badly, as she seemed to have a crush on him, hiding that she and Sho knew each other before from everyone else. On set, after hearing the premise, she requested the role of an angel that kills the devil (Sho), who had fallen in love with another angel, to protect that other angel. There was the challenge of having to play the part of an angel, someone completely pure, who had to also be able to kill anything. It took a bit, but after calling Ren and Moko, getting her answer from talking with the latter. She managed to leave an impression, even stunning Sho, and she managed to keep her anger completely down. Everything would've wrapped up on a high note, about to tell Ren her accomplishment when he called back. Except Sho took the phone from her and boasted to Ren that she showed up in his video. Ren ends up angry for a while (shown by being extra 'shiny' and gentlemanly,) she learned more about Moko and she gets an offer for a new role in a reboot of a major drama from 20 years ago.

For a bit, she waffles on accepting the role because despite being a rich girl type of role, it turned out to be an antagonistic one as well and Ren was set to play the lead. Things are set straight with Ren and it's the director, saying that he believed only Kyoko could do the role of Mio, that she decides to accept. She just had a bit of trouble figuring out how to portray Mio, especially with the original drama's actress demanding that she approve of it before it's used. With some advice from Ren, it's figured out in such a way that 'new' Mio was far stronger than the original. Then Ren was having his own trouble, given his weakness was romance scenes, to which Kyoko returned the favor by offering advice as Bo and later being something of a test subject for how Ren intended to play his character.

Eventually, the shoot ends up in Karuizawa, where the cast ends up staying at a hotel that several others are. Not just Sho, but a group called Vie Ghoul, which Kyoko takes the sound and relates it to beagles. The leader of Vie Ghoul, Reino, wants to take everything from Sho, even stealing songs, and is also a medium that can see the vengeance demons that surround Kyoko. Not only recognizing that there's a connection between her and Sho, his focus also seems to be something like 'liking' her. She manages to get Sho to focus on his talents and work, ignoring Vie Ghoul's tactics completely. Until Reino changes tactics and targets Kyoko. Given that something about Reino terrifies her anyway and he started to leave other castmates concerned, Kyoko was almost never left alone. Until she managed to get cut off from everyone and Reino went to attack her. She managed to get away at first, but something about Reino's abilities left her unable to move. Until he declared his goals against Sho, to which she slapped him and declared Sho as her prey, and that she'd be the only one he'd fear in showbiz. Reino then decided that he'll take all her hatred as well, basically wanting to consume Kyoko's thoughts and was about to kiss her until Sho intervened. Finally, it's the last day in Karuizawa and everything's packed. A final encounter happens with Reino, starting in the hotel lobby and leading outside as Kyoko didn't want to draw as much attention. Liking Reino to an actual demon, she ends up trying (and failing) to use the 'magic stone' from Kuon/Corn to purify or defeat him. It doesn't actually work, but Reino did end up seeing the memories of its previous owner. With how dark the memories and feelings were, he said that the original owner was likely no longer in the world and said the stone should be purified. She refused to let him take it, leading to a struggle until Ren had come in and taken Reino's hand. Kyoko doesn't know what happened, just that Reino left, terrified of Ren.

They get back to Tokyo and things take a positive route again. The ratings for Dark Moon are extremely high and a lot of job requests are coming in! The only downer is that they're all for mean characters like Mio. For a while she considers turning the roles down because she's afraid of getting stuck type-cast and wanting to have a range of types instead. Until a Love Me job came in, having her take care of famous actor, Kuu Hizuri, who was the original actor for Ren's role. He said to accept offers, even if you're afraid of being type-cast, and to be so distinct that each role will still stand out on their own. He also provided an acting challenge; to act as his son, Kuon. She took her own memories, not realizing Kuon and her Corn were the same person, and stepped completely into the role. Even going to the point of telling off Ren and saying that his/her father was a better and cooler actor. It left her with more experience and someone that said she could call them 'dad', even when she's not acting as his son. She's also decided to accept the role in a drama called Box 'R'.

In-between all the acting, there's a point when Christmas is coming up that Maria comes back into the scene. Her birthday's coming up, but the guilt about her mother's dead made it feel wrong to have a birthday party. So Kyoko suggests having a 'happy grateful' party instead, to show gratitude to everyone in both Maria and Kyoko's lives. They work hard, Lory supporting everything (and going overboard), and the two even take part in greeting the guests. The biggest surprise for Maria is when her father actually shows up, having flown over and being hidden until the 'perfect time' by Lory. Midnight comes and while most people are thinking that it's now Christmas, Ren hands Kyoko a rose and wishes her a happy birthday while claiming that the president told him. Before he can set up what was special about the large rose, Moko overhears and demands to know if that's true or not, leaving and returning with a giftbag after Kyoko said that it was. Moko plays it cool and said she happened across and figured Kyoko would like it- it was a cosmetics set, which Kyoko loved and had always wanted. Then it was time for the second stage of the party- surprising Kyoko that it was to celebrate her birthday and not to move on to a Christmas celebration. So she noticed a kind of warmth from it not simply being paired up with the Christmas party, like it was back home.

Not used to having something that was exclusively birthday presents, she ends up late for her first reading of Box 'R', leaving a bad impression on the cast and her depressed for most of the day. At least until after she had gotten a vase for the rose, dubbed Queen Rosa, when a pink jewel fell out. After Ren told her about a fairy-like legend about the rose, she was convinced that it must be just like that and named the jewel Princess Rosa, later making a cage so it could be strung onto a necklace. Back onto Box 'R', there's trouble during filming as the director keeps insisting that she play the role 'like Mio,' but cutting as it also didn't seem to fit right. She spends time looking deeper into the role of Natsu, using the setting and lines for an idea of who she'd be. With an idea, she spent an entire night with Ren for help with walking like a model, and getting advice on fashion. The next time she returns to set is as a 'queen bee' type of charismatic person, saying she wanted to try playing Natsu more like this. The director and some others are all for it as more scenes are played, even as she played off the bow disappearing as a signature style for her group. Everyone really got into it, drawn to working in sync with the Natsu character, but one actress, Chiori, ended up frustrated and angry enough to push Kyoko down the stairs; to which Kyoko made eye contact in a 'gotcha' way during the fall. It's a sprain, but the Natsu role has taken control of Kyoko's actions. So, even if she might not be able to use it, she said that Chiori could be her right hand instead as an excuse to push her character into fitting with the group. Realizing Chiori's past, Kyoko snaps out of the role and apologizes after realizing how far she's pushed. Things smooth over and with how vivid the group of bullies ended up being played, everyone had high hopes for the drama. Chiori also quickly becomes the third member of the Love Me section.

Valentines is coming and there's drama and a resurgence of Reino, who demanded chocolates by holding one of Kyoko's vengeance demons hostage. Knowing his fear of Ren, she dares him to come to set and pick them up, where they could run into each other and he backs off. She proceeds to bring everyone chocolates, save for Ren. As he gets flooded with chocolates and didn't really like sweets, and it was his birthday, she had something special in mind. Which Sho almost ruined by showing up with a $6000 bouquet and stealing Kyoko's first kiss, forcing her mind to be stuck on him, completely distraught. Distracted and clearing things up with Ren, he said that the only kisses that mattered were ones from the heart, which clears her head up. She brings him a type of jelly that was more smooth than sweet, and after a kiss on the cheek of thanks she starts to realize Ren was a little too prominent in her head. So that she'd focus on work again, he played it off as his playboy side and how kisses on the cheek are done all the time. Which does its job.

Did you forget about the Love Me section stuff? That's still something going on, and there's a job that comes up that Kyoko accepts immediately. She's asked to pick up a 'Cain Heel,' and to be careful. Then she gets the wrong location and is late. Great, right? And when showing up, this guy is super scary and literally steps over her. Thing is, she recognized that it was Ren instantly, because of having memorized his measurements (in making a to-scale doll for Maria's birthday.) Not exactly what had been planned. Things get cleared up and her real job is revealed. Ren is playing a dark part in a movie, but doing so under the alias of Cain Heel, and for various reasons they wanted Kyoko to play the part of Cain's sister, Setsuka. So it's a part where Setsu is the bad girl type, but of the conspicuous and naughty variety, who's major personality feature is that she has a huge brother complex do a borderline obscene degree. Lory's wife sets up the makeover, which is very goth punk (which matches Cain's design,) and they're moved over to the hotel near the filming location. It goes a little rough at first, as Kyoko had trouble dedicating to the role completely for the entire time they were there and not just when around people. Things eventually click as Cain starts to be shown as the dangerous type that also has a sister complex, wanting to spoil Setsu to an overwhelming degree. With this, she manages to keep the dangerous Cain in check and the peace between him and other castmates on set. Though by keeping the peace, it's more like she shuts them down and takes up Cain's attention so that he doesn't go too far.

At some point there's a break for both Heel siblings as their respective actors had other jobs to get to in the meantime. Kyoko had scenes to film for Box 'R', and there was a dangerous car scene in Dark Moon that Ren insisted working on for authenticity. During this break, she starts to realize that the feelings of love, which she locked away and swore to never let out again, was quickly being unraveled because of Ren, and that it started when he kissed her cheek on valentines day. Noticing how calm she could be when playing a part, she decided it would be easiest if she slipped into a role, a person not falling in love with Ren, whenever around him. Around the same time, another castmate (Kijima) showed up and had been talking and discussing ideas while Kyoko had been lost in her thoughts. Saying that it was okay to go along with what he said, not realizing what it was, and gets shuffled off to a hairdressers. Kijima insists and pays for a makeover for Dark Moon's wrap-up party that was that night. The result, which included some light makeup and a formal outfit for the event, stuns Kijima, who wanted to see if it was true that Kyoko could look look like someone a lot more mature and beautiful, which he heard by others in the business. She had trouble believing it, being the type to think that it was only possible with the stone Princess Rosa. Kijima insists and escorts her to the party. There, everyone is stunned by the drastic change, though the difference between Kyoko and Mio was already like they were two different people, it wasn't really the same thing. The party itself is full of 'I'm going to miss everyone' between the entire crew and how it all made them even better. Towards the end, there's a special interview that's to be aired with the final episode, to which Ren pushes his own place to go at the same time as Kyoko. While waiting, he says that her behavior was shameful to LME; holding Kijima's arm and wearing everything he had gotten her with his own money, saying it was clear that he had intentions. She apologizes profusely at first, but with some internal realizations, and Ren saying that she should always go to him when this becomes a question, Kyoko turns the tables around and points out that Ren wants something from her as well. Something not so different from Kijima offering the makeover with his own intentions. Ren pulls a big act of a 'of course things are how they are, as I'm a playboy foreigner' and that it's fun to tease the younger talent. The interview comes up and things end on more nuetral footing than before. Not bad, yeah?

It was time to return as Setsu. Before it was more of a soft introduction to the rest of the crew of Tragic Marker, but now they had to deal with the Heel siblings in full force. One of the main complications is Taira, a former leader of a bike gang that's not afraid of pushing back at Cain, and furious with how it seems like Cain is belittling them from using Setsu as a translator when he understands Japanese. It gets to the point where he turns an action scene into an actual fight with Cain. Knowing Ren and how Cain will continue to act, she shouts to shake Cain out of his violence-crazed fun. As Setsu, she notes that she could tell her brother was having fun playing BJ, because he was smiling during the fight, and knew that it was because Cain and BJ were extremely similar. This shakes Ren enough that it affects his performance as Cain, and is clearly fighting something else that ran deeper in Ren's conscious. The next day smooths back out, though the portrayal of the siblings turned even more intimate and concerning for one another than before. Enough that Cain was worried about Setsu being tired that he wanted her to get some rest instead of having her near when the special effects makeup was being done, which she wanted to do. While alone, a call with Lory made it clear that Ren was fighting against himself, and that the best thing Kyoko could do was to continue acting as Setsu. After that she falls asleep, waking up an hour later than she was supposed to. Oops! She gets to set to find the place a wreck, with crew terrified and Cain strangling Taira over a building setpiece. To knock him out of that violence craze again, she shouts something before shifting the mood with how cool and realistic the makeup was, fawning and taking pics with her phone. Later that night, on the subject of the phone, she received a voicemail from a furious Sho, who was calling her a shape-shifting demon soul-sucker, but her thoughts were more along the lines 'good thing Ren isn't in sight to punish me for breaking character' instead of fury for Sho even contacting her. The director soon comes by and explains what had happened earlier on set, and how Taira triggered the violence by calling Cain a mixed-blood and cold-blooded killer, and that it was really Taira that had thrown the other crew members into each other. Understanding, it's pointed out that her role as Setsu is someone that doesn't question her brother and just understands and will always be on his side. Once again, it was time for a two day break, as Kyoko had some work on set for Box 'R' again.

So things don't go according to plan. Filming was cancelled due to the lead actress' schedule conflicting, so she decides to run off to school to avoid being late for class instead. After classes though, the actress back from Sho's music video handcuffs her to a gate for Sho. He has Kyoko get into his car, and does something similar to what Ren had at the Dark Moon party, though harsher; he said she should just give up the goal of beating him if Kyoko was too busy flirting with men like Kijima. Rude! They continue arguing in the parking area to the point that Ren sees them... Which Sho had planned. Ren acts like there isn't anything to involve himself with and leaves, leaving Sho and Kyoko to go back to arguing. This time on the idea of Ren and Kyoko being together, which Kyoko declared that she had no feelings for Ren, and those feelings were impossible for her to begin with. Ending things, she went back off to focus on her work.

Preparing to return as the Heel siblings, once again, there was a shift in Ren's portrayal after having seen Sho and Kyoko together. Sho calling her phone as they were preparing led to 'Cain' taking and throwing the phone, as it had some other person's name on the ID. In a very Setsu response, she pushes Cain onto the bed and straddles him, saying to not be jealous. Then that she wanted to leave a more permanent mark, though she didn't really know how. Cain was about to show her how, but Setsu's jealousy sprang up as she didn't want to be taught something her brother did on a lot of other girls. There's a joke about going to find other guys to practice with that gets Cain to hold and keep her in the hotel room, but after saying she was just going to buy something, Cain decides he'll go and get the food instead and for Setsu to take a bath in the meantime. The next day, they both get to set late as Setsu was enjoying a shopping trip, and a new issue arises. One of the other actresses, Manaka, seems to have developed a crush on Cain. She sees him as a real life version of a movie character and keeps trying to bring stuff and be around him, even when he tells her to show up. All because he picked up a coin she dropped. Still, Setsuka's own jealousy and irritation towards the girl starts to build. She walks off to get food, insisting that she wasn't angry. Really, Kyoko was realizing that this was starting to happen because she had definitely, completely and utterly, fallen for Ren. She had to lock all of those feelings back up before it affected things. In character, Cain hugs and apologizes for having managed to upset Setsu as they both realize... Lory is watching, disguised but also wearing horribly pink overalls.

A meeting with Lory, Ren and his manager the next day wasn't about what he had seen, but that he was giving Setsu a vacation so that Kyoko could focus on her finals and Box 'R' filming. That part of the meeting ended, Lory has Kyoko stay back for some more personal matters. For one, he can tell that Kyoko has feelings for Ren. He's not only glad that she's made that kind of progress, but also wasn't going to interfere and let things develop naturally. But it's also distraught, and she cries because she 'knows' how love would make her ugly, terrible and disappointing, and it's part of why she hates love. Lory points out that it really has the makings for a great love story, but it's up to Kyoko on what to do, and if she'll let it actually start. Instead, he has her look in a mirror and focus on all those feelings, to at least use it as a learning device that would go towards her acting.

There's one final 'outdoor' shooting for Tragic Marker, and Kyoko leaves for Guam with Lory's wife earlier than when she needs to be on set as Setsu. With a free day to wander around as herself, as someone who's traveled overseas for the first time, For the rest of the current day, however, she had a chance to be amazed over the room and just everything in general. Including the view of the beach. Leading to the idea that maybe she'll see a mermaid princess, and as no one would recognize her, she went off on a stroll there. No mermaids, but there was Kuon. Surprise! Really, the surprise was an enormous relief, because it meant that he was still alive. Meaning that Reino was wrong about saying that there was no way he'd still be alive with all that darkness in his past. Of course she notices that the measurements and voice are just like Ren's, no matter how surprised she is that the fairy prince had returned to earth again. His excuse is that it's because he used Ren's appearance and voice so that he could be among humans and some other stuff to feed into Kyoko's imagination. They decide to spend some time together. However Kyoko notices that Corn hasn't smiled once; he says that it's a curse and that his very existence ruins everyone's lives around him, so he can't smile with all of that guilt. On the contrary, Kyoko says he's always supported her with the memory of him and the magical stone. But then she remembers what Reino said again, and apologized for the lip service. They both start coming up with ideas on how to break the curse, and because it was placed before Corn was born, and must have been from someone sho cursed the royal family generations ago. When assured that Kyoko would do anything to break the curse, he said the most powerful act that has never failed is a kiss, which should work because he loves Kyoko. Eventually, Kyoko decides to help by motivating herself with saying it's like playing a role; in this case a high priestess with a connection to the gods that could help and keep themselves holy and pure, inadvertently confessing her feelings about Ren to Corn while saying how this would definitely work. After a light kiss, he finally smiles and they enjoy the bitter experience of drinking some drink that's in a coconut. Their time ends with him calling her by name and giving another kiss on the lips before disappearing over a balcony ledge. He disappeared.

Whoops, there's a bunch of missed calls from Lory's wife, Jelly. Apologizing for wandering off, she cleans up and dresses casually to keep her feelings contained when meeting Ren and Jelly for dinner. Now there was just the role of Setsu Heel to play while in Guam. While Cain was able to handle the weather without a sweat, Kyoko was exactly the opposite when wearing the type of outfit that Setsu would, even when it was unbearably hot. Hearing the crew members, Taira and Manaka, talk about Cain, she falls out of role when realizing Taira's new determination to become a good enough actor that even Cain would recognize his ability. She snaps back to 'Setsu' when Manaka runs towards Cain to praise him, though he goes straight to talking with Setsu. While he's telling Setsu to stay inside where it's cooler, Manaka starts interrupting and saying that he should come inside where there are cool beverages, hanging on his arm. Big mistake. Without even thinking, Setsu takes and throws Manaka to the ground, warning her that Cain is hers and only hers. Even during lunch, Setsu's monopolization grew to the point where she put their lunches on one tray and ate while sitting in his lap.

The time of Setsuka Heel was now at an end. Officially, it's said that she was sent back to England because the weather was too much for her to handle. Before returning to Japan, Kyoko made Ren agree to tape himself properly eating and taking care of himself as he was the type to focus on work to the point he'd forget to eat. Ren, in turn, wrote a special stamp on Kyoko's palm; Infinity points, with the promise to properly write it in her Love Me point book. Returning to Tokyo, she's picked up by Ren's manager and reminded that Box 'R's first episode aired yesterday. Dropped off at school, her castmates were surprised at her positivity when the ratings turned out to be dangerously low; something she didn't know, and explained that she didn't have the chance to check on that, but said that the audience will definitely grow to love the cast as it's one of those series that builds up. Still, Chiori is clearly depressed but unable to say why. Instead she hands Kyoko a book and insists she reads it, which was done in its entirety as her demons had her unable to stop, no matter how late at night it got. Ah, before that took over her evening, there's still the thing that happened when she returned to the Darumaya. Turns out someone had been coming by every day, waiting to meet with Kyoko. That person? Sho. His parents called him because Kyoko's mother, Saena, contacted them after she was asked to sign off for Kyoko's passport. Given that she disappeared with Sho, Kyoko's mother called them to say that the Fuwa's didn't have to worry as she now knew where Kyoko was. As Saena had been paying for Kyoko as she lived with the Fuwa's, they decided it was Sho's duty to check in and make sure she was living properly.

The next day, she goes to the Box 'R' set exhausted, because of being 'forced' to read Chiori's book of feelings in full. However she soon finds out that Chiori had gotten into a major car accident on the way to the set, quickly going to the hospital with the director (as she was also requested.) Turns out Chiori's mostly okay, coming out with a simple neck sprain, but it was her manager that was in worse condition. It was the manager that requested Kyoko so that she could fill in for the next few days. At first, Chiori tries to use her injury to get out of acting, delaying Box 'R' but also using it as a chance to avoid going on a variety show. With some motivation from Kyoko, and saying that Chiori should experience many roles, including that of a comedian on a variety show, as it would serve as a good reference of experience, leading to authentic roles. So the next day, they attend the set in their Love Me uniforms, as they would serve as an excellent weapon that would knock people off their assumptions. To help with appearances, Kyoko goes out to get a scarf to cover up Chiori's neck injury. However on the way back...

Saena was in the elevator!

Not that she was going to acknowledge Kyoko's existence as her daughter. She just gave a look of disapproval, one that Kyoko could accurately translate as 'do what you wish, but never let anyone know about our relationship.' Then she just walked by and went on with her own business. Kyoko on the other hand had an elevator to catch and a scarf to deliver.

Appearance: Kyoko is 5'4" with dyed chestnut-colored hair and an appearance that works out very well as a blank slate. As she is slim and her default posture is incredibly straight and formal, most applications of styling leave her looking like a completely different person; especially when a role is involved. By default, her appearance comes across as very young, but she has displayed the look of a punk type, queen bee, angel, and even a scarred and hateful girl. However, even a light application of makeup and a wig can take her from, what she considers, indistinguishable looks to what others call a mature beauty. For a visual example, this is how she normally looks, where as this is her Natsu costume, this is from when she was challenged to act as someone's son, and one of her more dramatic costumes as Setsuka Heel. This image is from the light application and wig mentioned before.

Personality: From the very beginning, with a mother that disapproved of her very existence, Kyoko was someone that gave everything so as she didn't disappoint people or prove herself a burden. In turn, she quickly became the perfectionist type. Whether it's doing her hardest to get perfect 100's in all of her classes, or learning and perfecting all of the skills and duties the Fuwa's taught her when growing up. She works hard for that approval, hoping to please those around her, even if it meant ignoring doing things for herself and her own benefit. While it compliments her kindness, it can also lead her to going overboard, though it doesn't happen as much since she stopped focusing on getting points to bring herself further. Also, with the thoughts of simply wanting to make others proud, she's rather straightforward and traditional. Her thoughts are often on what's considered proper, is often polite and has a demeanor best suited for customer service by default. Perhaps it also comes from being raised in a traditional hotel in Kyoto, her method of thinking is formal or conservative, and living in such a quiet place allowed her to grow up with a constant love and penchant for fairies, princesses, magic and other similar types of stories. She thinks things along the lines of what is and isn't pure and is quick to believe and be carried away with those fairy tales, even today. So from the beginning, she was always that simply kind of naive girl; a daydreamer who didn't have much past gaining approval from her mother and the Fuwa's while growing up. Without many friends, as she was the target of jealousy for always being by Sho's side, Kyoko lacked the experience of having friends, and being hopelessly devoted to Sho, who wasn't interested in her that way, lacked the ability to recognize what should be romantic and when someone had that kind of interest. So, for all her intelligence and determination, there wasn't much about Kyoko.

She's grown a lot from the time Sho had broken her heart, however. At that time she had swore against love, that it was impossible for her, and revenge filled her head to the point she'd often lose sense of control. Especially when Sho even glanced past her thoughts and her anger would get the better of her. It's focused to a more positive direction, if not a little strange. She can now hold her feelings to a scathing tolerance of being around Sho and doesn't let him interrupt her life, no matter how the topic of him comes up. Determined to become a big enough star to surpass Sho in showbiz hasn't just put her on a rough path, but she also refuses to let Sho falter on his career as a hit music artist. It's a bit because Kyoko had finally accepted that it's everything that's happened in the past that has shaped her into the person she is today. While still angry and resentful about it, ready to put Sho at fault for taking her to Tokyo, it's still a necessary experience.

Even more, Kyoko's grown to like herself a little bit. While circumstances have her wanting to gain someone's approval, getting into LME and realizing she had a talent for acting made her realize something. She wanted to keep acting and taking roles to learn and liked the kind of person it was turning her into. The opinion Kyoko had for herself is still incredibly low, mind you. She rarely takes credit for success or compliments. If things go well, it's because of everyone involved and what she did was never much. Kyoko also doesn't find herself as a person that could ever stand out. Which is why she considers the pink overalls from the Love Me section as a secret weapon, thinking she needs that to stand out. Whenever she takes on an appearance that stuns others, it's always the magic of makeup or a Princess Rosa (a pink stone that she believed had magic power.) She has trouble believing she could be attractive around others without something being the entire reason for it. It's only been recent that Kyoko entertained the idea of being able to use that kind of magic and have it come from herself, meaning that she could accept that some of it is a part of her.

And as hard as she tried to fight the possibility, Kyoko recognized that she had fallen in love with Tsuruga. It's out of fear that she'll turn into a simple idiot with only love on the mind, like she was with Sho, that she keeps those feelings locked up the best she could. No longer has she denied it, and Lory suggested she actually explore and take everything to heart about this kind of experience. Love, and the desire to be selfish with Ren, who said he wasn't allowed to fall in love, was truly ugly and made her ugly. Just because she found being even a little selfish in hopes of happiness was horrible. So she'll act as someone who wasn't in love for while she could, but has at least acknowledged it. It'll never go further than that though, out of fear of losing her current relationship with Ren. With a mother that has resented her existence and having grown up without any clue of a father, she takes all her relationships to the utmost pinnacle of importance. Maybe it's tied to seeking people's approval, but it wasn't until Kyoko joined LME that she found herself surrounded by friends, and colleagues she highly respected, who cared about her, allowed her to express and have her own interests. It's because of them that she actually realized many things about herself, including how lonely she was when having to have her birthday as an addition to Christmas parties all of the time as everyone from LME and the Daruyama made a point of celebrating her birthday as it's own celebration. That and having Kuu, someone she had met recently and acted as his son, saying that he was proud to continue seeing Kyoko as his child when he had to leave. It put into perspective the things she missed, but had her cherish receiving them from these people now. However, because she's so wrapped up with the experiences and people, her interest never goes towards the final result of how the projects turn out. She's rarely ever seen an episode of the shows she's been on, and never thinks about how the ratings turn out. Really, she feels that because everyone worked so hard she doesn't have to worry when there isn't the pressure of superseding an original incarnation of the drama. So while she was concerned about Dark Moon getting high ratings, it was more because of how it would affect the director and wanting him to prove himself to the industry. With Box 'R' however, she's less concerned and feels that their portrayal will have people feel for the heroine and love the show as it progresses.

Now, with her method of acting, the characters portrayed could also count as parts of her personality and being. She can bring it out when she wants, though they could also bleed through with the right triggers, but adding all those personalities would make this as obscenely long as the history. So I'm gonna save some trouble and blurb some of them, just because she has and can tune into them. Mio, her strongest role, was a dark and mean rich girl type, who used her injury and scars for convenience and hated to lose. Natsu at instant was like a charismatic, fashionable high school girl, but was really the sadistic, queen bee, type of bully that used other girls in her group to do all the dirty work. Setsu was also a bad girl, but in a different sense. She had more of a provocative punk/goth style and had a brother complex that was inappropriately affectionate and territorial. Those are the ones that she's tuned to the most, or used when deciding on how she wanted to react to something.

Abilities: The only unnatural thing is originally very subtle, and easily believed to be a design manifestation of Kyoko's determination that's fueled by the grudges that spawned from Sho saying she was no more than an unattractive maid. They're referred as both Kyoko's demons and apparitions. Because when that happened, what was called Pandora's Box had been opened and the demons flew out. A good metaphor for a broken heart turning to pure anger, right? It's not really until Reino, an actual medium that could see spirits, was able to see and grab onto these 'demons.' Whenever they came out during the times when she was held by feelings of anger, resentment and hatred, there was always an enhanced effect. Either with slowing people down that she latched onto (resented not having friends before,) or terrifying people with her determination (which is how she got into LME's signing audition.)

Otherwise, Kyoko's actual a 'plain' human with no powers and everything extraordinary is through skill and talent. That would include her stamina, from managing and running to 3 different jobs; professional cooking skill that started from growing up at the ryokan, furthered by learning from the Darumaya's owner, and was tied in with many other duties that she had been taught with the Fuwa's training her to be Sho's wife. She's also studied heavily in the black arts, most particularly voodoo. This, with her perfectionism, gave her the skill to measure people with a glance and provice exact scaled replicas of people. She's also been considered something of a butterfly or fairy because she has a unique talent for acting. She could completely change herself, both in appearance and very soul, to a role that she's given and dedicated herself to. Basically, she can breathe life and become that character.

Other: I'm not sorry for all of the eyes her pink overalls will assault.

SAMPLES;
First Person:
[For all of one second, the girl on the screen has this cool appearance. Short hair with one of those trendy hairstyles that has the hair parted to the side, lip gloss and head held high. Then all of the apparent maturity in her eyes turns to wonder. ]

Ah- So it works like that. The interface is different from what I had expected. So it doesn't need a specific contact to post...?

[ However there will be no Redo. She's not sure if there's a time limit like voice mails, so that'll have to be figured out later. Kyoko puts on a polite, friendly smile while getting to what she had intended this video to be about. ]

Sorry. My name's Kyoko Mogami. I seem to have been given this phone, but none of the contacts from my old one were transferred. Instead there's a lot of others that I don't recognize. Are they other talents from LME and other agencies, or perhaps other people that just showed up with this phone?

I suppose there could've been a mixup and this is someone else's phone, which would explain all of the contacts. Though it didn't seem to be like that. If that's the case, could you let me know? Thank you!

[ Kyoko bows her head partially before ending the video. ]

Third Person:
If there's one thing no one should have to suffer, even in Holly Heights, is an assault on the senses; sight in this particular case. With overalls that were the most offensive color of pink, it was hard to recognize anything else about the figure. Not their incredible posture, or the look of complete inner monologuing and speculation. No one could be blamed for staring when clothes are just that loud.

Fist in palm with a sudden eureka moment, the teenager that was in that atrocity came to... quite a conclusion. Which is what happens when someone, with fantasies on the brain that is, starts to wonder why they ended up in a strange town.

"This must be what it means to get 'spirited away'!," she exclaimed, more to herself than anyone around.

Even if the outfit was too loud to catch her words and actions before, Kyoko was no longer contemplating and now more cognizant of her surroundings. And of the other people around. Which is why that horrendous pink is heading right for the first person that was seen. Luckily it wasn't some kind of direct attack as she stopped a few feet before with both arms down at the side, giving a contrasting formal approach. Moving her hands down at her front to hold them together, her tone has both a friendly politeness and a little apprehension when saying, "sorry if this sounds strange. You wouldn't happen to have been taken from your home? By, ah, anything in particular?"

Well, she couldn't just flat-out ask someone if fairies took them, now could she?
